Meet Isela Marin O’Brien, a native of Belize who moved to the United States at age 18. She is a proud mother of three “Spirish” children, with Spanish and Irish roots, and is married to her loving husband Denis P. O’Brien.
After settling in Chicago, Isela explored various paths before finding her true calling in the advertising world at a Chicago Ad Shop. Following her heart, she moved to New York City in 1990 and found a home at Foote, Cone & Belding Ad Agency. Her impressive eleven-year tenure at FCB, working on new business, produced remarkable results. Her management style, with a focus on efficiency and results, made her a valuable player on any time-sensitive project team.
In 2003, Isela and her family moved to Burlington, Vermont, where she co-founded Verde Group Films with her husband. Isela is an award-winning producer who has created numerous TV commercials, including the celebrated Kinney Drugs campaign with voiceover master Sam Elliot, winning Gold/Silver Addy’s, VAB and Communicator Awards. Recently, she also line-produced “ZODIAC,” a film featuring Corbin Bernsen, Langston Fishburne, and Kaye Morris.
In addition to her time leading Verde Group Films, Isela started an organization and cleaning business which still runs today. She is dedicated to delivering excellence and prioritizes natural aromatherapy products that provide a unique wellness experience that benefits your body and the planet. Futhermore, in her quest for personal wellness, Isela discovered wellness products that transformed her and her family’s lives, becoming a wellness advocate.

Isela loves spending time with her family and friends at their lake house, “Sunset Lodge,” on Lake Champlain, Vermont. She enjoys dancing, traveling, connecting with friends, and meeting new people. As a new empty nester, Isela is ready to spread her wings and soar to new heights.
